" The house was perfect size for our family of 5. It was very clean and well stocked. Matt was very responsive to any questions and checked in to be sure we had all we needed. Cape Corral is located well for those who enjoy visiting the sites as it sits between Naples and Ft Myers. We drove to both. We had a great trip and will be back. We also enjoyed a boat ride to Sannibel ( Matt has a boat on the dock and is happy to drive guests). Thank you for a great stay! "

" this place is amazing, the host goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and educated on the area as well. when I first got there there was a wine bottle waiting for me and when you walk in you can find a list of things to do in the area and how far away they are from you like bars, beaches, yacht clubs and he also leaves a basket of things like shaving cream, razors, makeup removal wipes, sunscreen and more things that you may have forgotten on the way to this air bnb. so if you forgot your shaving cream at home you're in some pretty good luck and if you're coming home from a bar in the middle of the night and want to get that makeup off, boom! you got makeup wipes. it really is an incredible place the shower is awesome in the master bathroom I'm sure you'll agree with me if you do stay here. he has a boat that he'll take you on if you want to go out and explore the area, if you want more information about that, he'll let you know. another great thing about staying here is the cleanliness of the inside. this place is cleaner than my floors after just being freshly mopped. I can assure you that you will have a great time if you stay here and highly recommend it to anybody who is staying in the Cape Coral area. five stars across the board! "
